Hug-Me Bears

Welcome to Hug-Me Bears. We have a terrific selection of kits to choose from so you can make a bear for every person and just about every occasion. We'll be adding more kits and colors so come back often to see "What's New." We'd love to hear from you with suggestions for new bears, just send us an email and we'll see about adding it to our line.

Hug-Me Bears are so simple to make even if you don't have a sewing machine, and they are designed to be personalized by adding your own special touches, as few or as many as you like. Embellish your bear by embroidering a name or initials...add a necklace or earrings, just about anything you can think of. Your Hug-Me Bear will be a "One-of-a-Kind" creation. We'd love to see photos of your special bear and will be happy to post them in our Creative Gallery.

Our standard Hug-Me Bears are 12" tall when completed and our Little Hug-Me Bears are 10" tall.
Made from ever so soft and cuddly Minky fabric, we promise once you pick up your bear you'll never want to stop hugging him (or her).
Each kit contains our Exclusive die cut Hug-Me Bear fabric pieces ready to sew, (no time consuming pattern to trace and cut, so you can make your Hug-Me Bear in about an hour or two), matching thread for attaching the scarf and a link to the digitized embroidery files for the face and specialized heart, you can also use the included template if you don't do machine embroidery. All you need is your own embroidery and sewing thread, a small square of fabric for the scarf and polyfil for a basic Hug-Me bear.

They'll love knowing that the kids and family back home are huggng the same bear, possibly at the same time. By having a scarf made from a piece of clothing worn by you or your kids or other family member that connection becomes even stronger for the soldier. For the kids, hugging the same bear that Mom or Dad has gives them a sense of comfort and security. Make your Hug-Me Bears really personal by adding things that have special meaning like your perfume or photos of the new baby on the scarf, anything that your soldier would love and feel close to.
